In Japan, real estate business targeting HNWI (High Net Worth Indivisuals) is finally attracting attention. We aim to enhance our knowledge of those project development, management, services, and branding by considering Japan's current situation in comparison with Asia, Europe, and the United States.
Together with five guest speakers, participants will understand the background and actual situation of each theme-based business and discuss it in light of own interests. Each guest speaker will use an actual project in which he or she has been involved as a case study to provide concrete insights. One guest speaker will join us from Hong Kong via Zoom, and the lecture will be given in English. Sanada will provide interpretation.The order of lecturers in the lesson plans may change.Some lecturers may also conduct fieldwork as case study visits.

日本においても、ようやくHNWI(ハイネットワース・インディビデュアル)をターゲットとした不動産ビジネスが注目されています。それらのプロジェクト開発、マネジメント、サービス、そしてブランディングについて、アジア・欧米との比較の中で日本の現在を考え、知見を高めることを目指します。

5名のゲストスピーカと共に、それぞれのテーマに基づいたビジネスの背景、実情を理解し、受講者自らの関心に照らして議論します。それぞれのゲストスピーカーが携わった実際のプロジェクトをケーススタディとして、具体的な考察が可能です。一名のゲストスピーカーは、香港からZoomにて加わり、英語でのレクチャーになります。通訳は、真田が行います。
尚、授業計画の講師の順序は変わることがあります。
また、講師によっては、事例視察としてフィールドワークを実施することもあります。

本科目は、5年以上の実務経験を有する実務家教員による授業であり、全授業回数の50％以上がディスカッションなど双方向形式の授業によって運営されます。
