Each student will be able to set a research theme, conduct individual research under the guidance of a faculty member, and compile research results that will lead to a doctoral dissertation.
Students will participate in a variety of research areas and deepen their own research content while also considering interdisciplinary perspectives. As part of this, we will hold research presentations and opinion exchange meetings between graduate students, creating an environment in which they can learn from other research and work, then they can deepen their own research.
Students will think about what a doctoral thesis is, consider research themes, review previous research, consider the structure of a doctoral thesis. Professor provide guidance and advice regarding their own research.
In addition to acquiring specialized knowledge in their own field of expertise, students will learn about related areas to gain an overview.
Regarding the process, we will check the progress of individual research and provide guidance accordingly.
Specifically, 1) Preparation and guidance for the concept presentation, 2) Preparation for and guidance for the interim review, 3) Preparation for and guidance for the preliminary review, 4) Preparation for doctoral dissertation submission. (5) Preparation for and guidance for public hearings, etc.

各自が研究テーマを設定し、教員の指導の下に個別研究を実施して、博士学位論文につながる研究成果をまとめられるようにする。
多様な研究領域に接し、学際的な観点も見据えながら自らの研究内容を深める。その一環として、院生同士の研究発表会や意見交換会などを設け、他の研究なども参考にしつつ、切磋琢磨して自身の研究を深める環境を作る。

博士論文とは何かについて考え、研究テーマの検討、先行研究の検討、博士論文の構成等の検討及び各自の研究に関する指導・助言を行う。
各自の専門分野に関する専門的知識を身に付けると共に、幅広い視野を身に付けるための関連領域について学習する。また自立的な研究者として必要な能力や技法を身に付けるため、様々な教育プログラムを展開する。
プロセスについて、個々の研究の進捗状況を確認し、それに合わせた指導を行う。
具体的には、①構想発表会に向けた準備とその指導、②中間審査会に向けた準備とその指導、③予備審査会に向けた準備とその指導、④博士学位論文提出に向けた準備とその指導、⑤公聴会に向けた準備とその指導などを行う。

各自の研究テーマに関連する先行研究等の収集・抄読、研究科内外の研究会や学会等への参加や発表、そして博士学位修得に向けた論文の執筆を行う。同時に、課程博士学位習得のために定められた様々なプロセスを遂行できるよう、研究成果をまとめ、発表の準備を行い、研究進捗に関するスケジュール管理などを行う。
