The aim of this course is to confirm with several indexes to what extent physical exercise is meaningful to people with disabilities and people whose physical strength has degraded due to old age, employing a simple research-style seminar along with your fellow classmates.
We will consider what meaning physical exercise has for people who have a disability somewhere (including the elderly infirm) and what kind of exercise programs are in use. We will also consider research material, seminar style and hearing contributions from all students, concerning the current state and issues of sports, such as the Paralympics, for those with physical disabilities.

障がいのある人や加齢により身体的虚弱になった人にとって、身体運動はどのような意義をもつのか・・・という問いに対して、簡単な研究的演習を通して、履修された人と共に取り組み、いくつかの指標を確認することを目標とします。更に、自らの研究データの収集や分析に応用できるように努めてもらいます。

身体の一部に障がいがある人たち（虚弱高齢者等を含む）にとって身体運動がどのような意味をもつのか、実際の運動プログラムにはどのようなものがあるのかを検討します。また現在のパラリンピックなどの障がい者スポーツの現状と課題についても、履修された方の意見を聞きながら、演習的にその内容を検討します。 更に、データ収集、学会発表や論文執筆へのアドバイスを行います。
We will consider what meaning physical exercise has for people who have a disability somewhere (including the elderly infirm) and what kind of exercise programs are in use. We will also consider research material, seminar style and hearing contributions from all students, concerning the current state and issues of sports, such as the Paralympics, for those with physical disabilities.

可能な限り、簡易な実験を行い、その結果を含めたDataの処理をExcelで行うようにします。
そのため、自らの研究分野に関わらずExcelの操作ができるようにしておいてください。
この操作は、研究以外でも使用できる能力にも使用できます。
なお、授業内でできなかったものは、授業時間外で処理できるようにしておいてください。
