【Course Objectives】

This course leads students on the entrepreneurial journey from small companies to technology start-ups in America and Japan. Through the case studies and practical workshops, students will learn entrepreneurial mind-set and hand-on skill-set.

【Course Contents】

This course first focuses on McDonald’s case and Apple-Microsoft cases; how they started their businesses and how they developed their businesses worldwide. Later, it introduces a wide-varieties of Japanese entrepreneur cases.

Workshop sessions provide a broad skill set: how to design logos and express vision, mission, and value proposition. Students will be asked to submit a business plan toward the end of the course.
