【Course Objectives】

The objective of this course is to obtain an understanding of sport management and marketing in contemporary Japanese society. More specifically, students will learn about the value of sports in Japanese culture.

【Course Contents】

This course will cover topics pertaining to sport, sport management, and sport marketing. Students are expected to read all assigned articles (book chapters) and participate in daily discussions. Students are highly encouraged to contribute to class discussions.
