The goals of this course are to
(1) Obtain the basic knowledge of the Russian politics (Constitution, Presidency, Federalism, Foreign and Security policy, etc.)
(2) Understand and Discuss key issues related to the contemporary Russian politics and diplomacy
This course introduces the foundations of the Contemporary Russian Politics from the 1993 Russian Constitutional crisis until the 2020 Constitutional amendments examining the important political events.

本科目は、担当教員の実務経験、または実務に従事するゲスト・スピーカーの招聘講義等を活かした授業である。
現代ロシアの政治と外交、さらには安全保障などについて基礎的な知識を身につけることを目指します。その上で、現代ロシアの政治と外交に関する重要なポイントについて議論できるようになることを目指します。
The goals of this course are to
(1) Obtain the basic knowledge of the Russian politics (Constitution, Presidency, Federalism, Foreign and Security policy, etc.)
(2) Understand and Discuss key issues related to the contemporary Russian politics and diplomacy
現代ロシアの政治と外交、とくに1993年憲法の成立過程から2020年の憲法改革に至る政治プロセスを振り返ります。また、現在のロシア・ウクライナ情勢についても解説します。
