The objective of this course is to understand the causes and actual processes of change in the capitalist society from a political economy perspective and to be able to understand various problems in today’s capitalist society.
This course offers explanations on the historical development of the capitalist society from the theory of political economy which explicate the formation and development of the capitalist society. Current economic issues such as globalization, migrant labor, financialization, digital/rent economy, and climate crisis are analyzed from the dynamic of the development of the capitalist society.

本講義では資本主義社会の変化の要因と具体的な過程を理解し、今日の資本主義社会の諸問題について考察する力を養うことを目標とします。
The objective of this course is to understand the causes and actual processes of change in the capitalist society from a political economy perspective and to be able to understand various problems in today’s capitalist society.
この授業では、資本主義社会の生成と発展を説明する社会経済学の諸理論を踏まえ、資本主義社会の歴史的な展開ついて解説します。グローバル化、移民労働、金融化、レント／デジタル経済化、といった現代的な経済問題を資本主義の展開というダイナミズムから見通していきます。
また、世界に広がるストライキや社会運動が、資本主義社会との関係において何をめぐって争っているのかについても解説します。
