The goal of this course is to support students to move beyond "learning a language" and strengthen foundational language skills in order to study specialized fields in Spanish.
Students will:
1. understand cultural and social characteristics of Spanish speaking countries
2. improve Spanish vocabulary related to culture, society, politics and economy
3. form their own opinions and express them in Spanish
The course focuses on academic topics in the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences at CEFR C1 level, as well as on themes that are particularly important in global society. The course is aimed at students who have experience studying abroad or who are considering entering graduate school in Japan or overseas.
This course offers students an opportunity to explorer sociocultural situations in Spanish-speaking countries and understand the reality of Spanish-speaking world.

「言語を学ぶ」ことから発展し、専門領域をスペイン語で学ぶための基本的な語学力を強化することを目標とする。
スペイン語圏の国々の社会文化的な特徴を理解し、スペイン語で自分の意見を構築し表現することを目指す。

留学経験者や国内外の大学院への進学を考えている学生を対象に、授業ではCEFR C1レベルの人文・社会・自然科学系の各分野のアカデミックな題材やグローバル社会で特に重要なテーマを中心に扱う。
スペイン語圏の国々の社会文化的な状況について学び、スペイン語圏の現実に対する理解を深める。
