【Course Objectives】

This course aims at providing opportunities for students to understand global issues related to human and social development and view these issues using a variety of lenses, focusing on marginalization.

【Course Contents】

The Sustainable Development Goals, or SDGs are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. SDGs address the global challenges we face, including poverty, inequality, climate crisis, environmental degradation, peace and justice. This course explores global issues of social and human development. Depending on the availability of guest speakers, the topic and syllabus maybe adjusted.
